Ernie’s Cabo Fishing is a family owned and operated business with over three decades of experience. Our expertise in big game fishing coupled with the fact that our captain and crew are natives of Cabo San Lucas, Los Cabos, México means that you will be taken to the finest spots for exclusive sportfishing.

Our Captain

Our captain, Ernie, is a veteran when it comes to fishing charters. He has three decades of experience serving as a fishing charters captain. He, along with his son, Captain Ernie Junior, are the fourth generation of charter captains and know the waters of Cabo San Lucas like the backs of their hands! They have unsurpassed knowledge of the local waters, which makes them the most popular captains in town.

The Charter Boat

Our boat is a 36 foot, Lurhs two 350 turbo diesel Cummins called ‘Mucho Bueno’. It is a state of the art vessel equipped with all the safety gear and electronic equipment needed for fantastic sportfishing. Our boat is located in Cabo San Lucas marina, called Slep F1, which is the most exclusive marina here. Our sportfishing center is situated conveniently in the very heart of Cabo making it accessible from all the best hotels, restaurants and shops around. Even all the major tourist attractions are situated close to our boat. Our well-maintained boat has the best electronic equipment and the best professional fighting chairs. It is also equipped with all the safety equipment needed for internationally compliant sportfishing.
